She is a post-graduate in Psychology (Clinical Psychology) and holds a diploma in Textile Designing. She has attended the IBO workshop on “Introduction to College Counselling/University Guidance”, SAIBSA job-alike session on career counseling, and University Guidance Conferences. She has also attended the “School Leadership Programme” conducted by Shikshangan. She has also completed IEU (IE University, Spain) Global Academy for Counselors Diploma. She has 22 years of experience in different corporate sectors e.g. telecommunication, banking, and education industry. She is a result-oriented professional with expertise in Operations, Corporate Communication & Business Development. She is an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills at multiple levels. Her other qualities are sheer enthusiasm and willingness to accept challenges and a striving desire to learn from experience. Her adeptness at interacting with coworkers is an additional asset. Her interest areas are listening to music, singing, binge-watching at times, reading novels, writing the diary, and internet surfing. 

Ritu Khanna

Head - career counseling

Born and brought up in the Coal Capital of India- Dhanbad, Aditi joined Fountainhead School in February, 2020 as a Career Counselor. She has a B.Sc.Honors degree in Agriculture and holds an MBA in Agribusiness Management from GBPUA&T, Pantnagar. She has interned with consultancies like TCS and Third Eyesight which gave her an opportunity to travel all over India. Having worked for a co-operative body in Mumbai for a brief stint of eight months, she moved to Surat. Few months of exposure in the IT sector made her narrow down her true calling i.e; Education. She has completed IEU (IE University, Spain) Global Academy for Counselors Diploma and International Certified Career Coach (ICCC) Program (Mindler). She equally loves to interact with people as much as she loves being with herself. Leadership, honesty, and dedication are her strengths. Her hobbies include reading, nature photography, listening to music, and fitness-related activities. She hopes that her efforts will bring, though small, but a positive difference in society.
