November 15 is SAIC’s Early Action and Priority Merit Scholarship Deadline

  • On behalf of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC) I would like to remind you and your students about our upcoming Early Action and Priority Merit Scholarship Deadline of November 15, 2024 for Fall 2025. Students must submit their application materials by this deadline in order to be considered for merit scholarships.
  • In addition to completing the Common Application, applicants must complete and submit their electronic portfolio. Also, transcripts, artist statement, letter of recommendation, and optional test scores must be sent to our office either by mail or electronically.
  • Also, below you will find upcoming events that we believe will be useful for your students whether they want a portfolio review, need application tips, or if they just want their questions answered about SAIC.

College Board India Scholars Program

  • The program aims to provide students with scholarships for their Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) registration fees and undergraduate study at select Indian universities.
  • Students who score 1300 or higher on their SAT and have a family income of less than 8 Lakhs INR will be eligible for full-tuition scholarships.
  • Deadline: 18th September, 2024

India Academic Excellence Award by Queens University Belfast – Get
£7500 Fee Reduction

  • This award is available exclusively to students from schools in India who will be starting their full-time undergraduate degree at Queen’s University Belfast at the start of the next academic year.
  • Applicants must attain an overall 85% or above in their 12th Grade to be eligible.
  • £7,500 reduction in tuition fees for the first year of study
    15 awards are available.
  • Online application is required for this scholarship.
  • Eligible candidates are required to submit an essay of up to 750 words explaining why they want to study at Queen’s University Belfast and how this program will help them fulfill their career aspirations.
  • Deadline: June 01, 2024.

Education Future International Scholarship 2023-24

Education Future International Scholarship 2023-24 is an opportunity offered to undergraduate and postgraduate applicants. The Education Future is a unique scholarship fund which has been created by scholarship winners worldwide. All the like-minded winners have come to a decision to fund the next batch of students with whatever they can contribute. This initiative is a concept of giving back to society for the cause of education with a focus on building a brighter and smarter future. The scholarship is only offered to meritorious Indian students for studying overseas at any of the top universities globally. The selected candidates will receive a scholarship ranging between INR 2,00,000 to INR 10,00,000 each.

Eligibility

  • be an Indian national with a valid Indian passport
  • be pursuing an undergraduate/postgraduate course overseas at a recognized university/college outside India
  • have secured a minimum of 60% marks in Class 10 and 12

Benefits

The selected candidates will receive a scholarship ranging between INR 2 lakhs to INR 10 lakhs.
